An early 20th Century 14 ct gold hunter pocket watch by the American Waltham Watch co of Syracuse, New York, having a 17-jewel crown-wound movement and white enamel face with blued-steel poker hands and subsidiary seconds dial, radially-inscribed "SMITH PREMIER", the inner dust cover bearing the engraved presentation inscription "Won by L H Richards, Bristol, England, The Smith Premier Typewriter Co, International selling Contest, 1908", the case front and back respectively inscribed with a monogram and "Victor R Richards, Aug 19, 1928", 5 cm, 107 g, (running when catalogued, accuracy and reliability not tested)
